Mom Offers 7 Year Old Daughter For Sex
A woman in Taylor, Michigan, offered to let an undercover investigator take pornographic photos of her 7-year-old daughter and have sex with her also. She pleaded not guilty in her trial, she is being charged with child sexually abusive behavior, illegal use of the Internet for child sexually abusive actions or materials and distribution of child sexually abusive material.

If this woman gets out of jail, or isn't found guilty, should she be allowed to have her children back? Should she be registered as a sex offender for what she did?

At the off chance that this woman won't be found guilty, I think she shouldn't be allowed to see her children until they're 18 and make a choice to visit their mother.
She should most definitely be registered as a sex offender. What she did was horrible.
its a horrible thought but i say that the kids should be taken to a close relative who will take them in and the mother should not be allowed to see them again. when they are old enough then they should be allowed to chose weather or not they want that woman back in there life. if not then i think she should just accept that and move on.
If she is found to be not guility, then her children should be put in social services or given to a relaative. Once the reach the age of 18 then i think that it should be up to the children to decide if they want to see their mother. i dont think that she should ever be allowed to have her children back.
I absolutely think that she should be registered as a sex offender. What she did was completely wrong and totally uncalled for.
That is absolutly horrible. You are supposed to love your children and look after them, not make them have sex with people and have people take sexual pictures of them!...She needs in jail for life, and if she DOES get out (which i hope she doesnt)...i dont think that she should be able to see any of her kids until they are 18 and able to say if they want to visit her or not.
I don;t think she should be able to get her child back because it could happen all over again and this time something could actually occur. She should be registered a sex offender because she was trying to give a minor to the detective to have sex with.
Pornography is just about the biggest industry we have in this country, more so than anywhere else in the world, and it's terrible what comes of it. While illegal, the world of pedophiles goes farther than anyone cares to think about. What this woman did was terrible, irreversable, and her child will be scarred for life because of it. Whether she is convicted or not she should be registered, and her child should be removed from her permanently. Let her pay for her crime, in one way or another.
I think that the mother should not be able to have her child back. What she did is morrally wrong and that she should be considered a sex offender. The child should not be punished for her mothers actions though and should be taken to a relative to live and not let the mother see the child.
