Current Event for 12/18

Sunday 3 climbers were missing, but one is dead. They were climbing a 11,239 foot moutain in Oregon when a blizzard hit and kept search teams at bay from finding them.

its terrible that things like this happen yet i cant help but waunder if that is part of the thrill for the people that do these sorts of things. the risk they know and the thought of conquring. when it comes to death i would prefer to freeze over burn it would be a relatively peaceful way to go.

People that do such things know the risks. If someone goes up a mountain in such weather conditions they must understand that thier at risk to die and their family's should be too.
