That actually suprised me that something like that could happen in North Canton. I think that the newspaper did the right thing by printing the picture.
No I'm not surprised because I drive around and see that stuff all the time. And, yeah, it's wrong and shouldn't be done on buliding nor anywhere else at all.
I am not surprised that it occured in Stark County, I'm surprised that it happened in North Canton. It shocked me that the paper decided to print the picture on the front page, but I really don't have an opinion of it being there.
