Do you think the teens are guilty or innocent? If guilty what should their punishment be. And if these athletes are to go on to college should this affect their scholarships?

There is really no way of me deciding if the teens are guilty or innocent because the article had very little detail. But, if they are guilty, they should be kept in juvenile hall at least until they are 18. If the athletes are guilty, then yes this should affect their scholarships and they shouldn't be able to go to the college of their dreams. If they are innocent, then they shouldn't be affected by this matter.

no matter what happens these teens are going to be affected by this. if they are innocent people will still see them different even if nothing happened. if they are found to be guilty then they should get what anyone else would get and scholarships and even college choice should possibly change.

there has to be further detail to find out who is innocent and who is guitly. they must be proven guilty. i think the teens should serve normal rape punishments because that is inexcusable. if they are going to college, i don't think it is really necessary for it to affect their scholarships though.
